Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
- Our return policy is 7 days after the shipment arrival. The return is applicable only if the customer notifies Gem Matrix Co. Ltd during 2 days after the shipment arrival.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition. The returned item will be checked by the our team, and the decision about the refund will be made accordingly.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns Policy.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, etc.
